The house
How many guests does the villa sleep?
Up to eight guests in four bedrooms.
How are the beds arranged?
All four bedrooms have a 180 × 200 cm double bed.
How many bathrooms are there?
Four, one for each bedroom. Three are en suite, one is across the hall. All have a shower.
Is the house air-conditioned?
Yes. All bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free and good throughout the house and outdoor areas.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, and bathrobes too.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, a washing machine and a separate dryer.
Can I work there?
Yes. The upper floor has a workspace with a large monitor.
Pool
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes, a 120 m² infinity pool used only by you.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, on request up to 26 °C.
Is there a hot tub?
Yes, heated and for up to six people, with a water spout and air bubbles. It stands on a wooden deck right by the pool.
Is there shade by the pool?
Yes. There are two double daybeds with a shade roof and two large parasols.

Do you provide baby cots?
Yes, on request.
Is the beach suitable for children?
Agios Onoufrios beach is small and usually calm. It is about five minutes away by car.
Location and arrival
How far is the nearest beach?
About five minutes by car.
How far is Chania?
About 15 minutes by car to the Old Town.
How far is the airport?
Chania airport is about 15 minutes away by car.
Do I need a car?
We recommend one. Rental cars are available at Chania airport.
Is there public transport?
There is a bus stop on the main road, five minutes' walk away.
Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
Yes. Supermarkets, bakeries and tavernas are a few minutes away by car, and there are restaurants in the village.
Is there parking?
Yes, two free private parking spaces on a lockable parking deck, with an EV charger.
