Blue Olive Villas is a detached holiday house with 200 m² of living space on a 1,600 m² plot. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, an open-plan living and dining area and a heated 120 m² infinity pool.
Every bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm box-spring bed, a balcony or terrace and its own bathroom. Three bathrooms are en suite, one is across the hall. One bedroom is on the lower ground floor, with its own small courtyard and an exercise bike. Air conditioning can be set separately in each room. You can charge your phone at the bed via MagSafe or USB. Each room has a 46-inch TV, the master bedroom a 58-inch one.
The upper floor belongs to the master bedroom alone, with its own bathroom with balcony and a workspace with a large monitor. If you need to work for a few hours on holiday, you have quiet here. Good Wi-Fi covers the whole house and the outdoor areas.
The kitchen is open to the living room. You cook at an island with an induction hob. There is a steam oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a large fridge with ice and water dispenser. For breakfast there is a Nespresso machine, a toaster, an egg cooker, a kettle and a bread maker.
The dining table seats six. From the sofa you look through the wide glass front to the bay. The smart TV has Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV, and music plays through a SONOS system.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom: three are en suite, one is across the hall. All four have a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer. There are no bathtubs. Towels, bath sheets and bathrobes are provided. The bathroom on the upper floor has its own balcony.
The pool is 120 m² and heated to 26 °C on request. Next to the swimming area is a shallow wet-spa zone where you can lie in the water. Since February 2026 a heated hot tub for up to six people stands on a wooden deck right by the pool, with a water spout and air bubbles. On the terrace there are four sun loungers, two large parasols and two double daybeds with a shade roof. From the edge of the pool you look across the gorge to the sea.
There is a Napoleon grill on the terrace. There are two large tables, each seating ten: one under the pergola on the terrace, looking out over the bay of Chania, and one in the rear outdoor area.
Solar panels on the roof supply the house with electricity. Hot water comes from solar collectors. You can charge an electric car at the charger on the parking deck.
